Blue Scorcher Bakery Café

Where to find us:

The bakery is located in the east side of downtown Astoria in the Historic Fort George Building on the corner of 15th and Duane Streets. Our building is built upon the site of the original Fort Astoria which is commemorated by a small park immediately behind the bakery. Fort Astoria park is a great place to picnic out of the wind. The park’s magnificent mural painted by local artists Roger McKay and Sally Lackaff was funded with a grant through Astoria Visual Arts and is well worth visiting.  (May we suggest a picnic of Blue Scorcher delights?)

If you are coming into town from the east on Highway 30 turn left onto 15th street and go one block up to Duane Street. (15th Street is one block west of the transition into the one way grid system.)

If coming from the west turn onto right onto 15th street and go uphill the one block to the bakery.

If you arrive after we close visit our neighbor business Fort George Brewery and Public House. They feature our buns on their burgers and have live music on Sundays. They occupy the west end of our building.
